Amazing interview. Your commitment to the heart, to care, to being human, and your ability to see through the layers of indoctrination, and to articulate them so clearly, is truly inspiring.
The oligarchs' algorithms are working against us and trying to prevent people from waking up, but i believe that Truth and Love/God will find a way through.
You are doing God's work on earth. A deep bow of appreciation and gratitude 🙏
I agree. Daniel, Ezra, and many others are doing God's work on earth. They were given this life experience to be able to fight the evil of indoctrination from the inside.
I've had the privilege/pleasure of reading/hearing you a number of times and this was for me one of the most impactful and insightful of disclosures/descriptions/attestations/examinations concerning a first-hand experience and implications of the very real machinations that are at work in societies, and in the one from which you've transitioned (and are transitioning) away from. And I don't believe it is an anomaly -- that is there are spiritual, societal, political, sociological, etc., facets and integrated interplay imposed into most every situation of hostage taking and the intentional re-engineering of minds and hearts and thinking processes where humans can be manipulated and herded for the benefit of others (and their own personal detriment). The deliberate, insidious, incrementalized perpetuation of this kind of human degradation and exploitation for the purposes of the nefarious & exploitative agenda of others who remain largely unseen but whose influence and applied strategies/tactics affect us all to one degree or another are none the less damaging and even lethal when assessed and results appraised. That you have awakened and have shared some of your perspectives and experiences -- of beginning to see the "others" and yourself in a different way, is helpful to all on this journey -- most especially we who have become so accustomed of institutionalized ideologies and attitudes -- of imposed "norms" and of how we govern self and view the oversight and demand of the "social contract (both spiritual and societal) to which we are apparently unwitting participants.
In my case, as a believer in /receiver of Jesus and the 50+ years of my sojourn with Him, I see more and more the intentional division and pitting of us against one another - of the invention of absolutes where there are none and the blatant disregard and disdain for those that are non-negotiable reality being intentionally dismissed and devalued in favor of "my truth" which has no place in community if cohesion and cooperation and concurrence on shared aspirations and goals are sought.
Thank you for the work you've undertaken personally and for the wherewithal to share the progression of your thinking and experience as one who has seen the door and had the courage to walk through it, at no doubt significant cost and emotional hardship -- your candor and journey can inspire others to reexamine their principles and assumptions and the "things we've been handed down" that may or may not have real veracity in the scheme of eternity and our destiny within it.

The ending of this talk is greatly important. Many are holding in the grief and despair from having no power or control to stop the bombs from falling. But then what? Many have let these emotions consume them. And the result is ugly! anger, hate, vengeance, and a cycle that humans have been stuck in, generation after generation, all around the globe. which is why these times feel scary: the end of one cycle and the start of a new one are always destructive and brutal, and the human cost increases. It feels like the end of times. But I know we "humans" have been here before. BUT What will we do differently this time?
Thank you for having these conversations. I am a Palestinian, and I have been listening to your conversations. They give me hope that our world is not pure evil.
Thank you for expanding the discussion about Zionism to include other settler-colonial projects around the world, notably the United States. My great-grandfather, Phineas Saffron, was born in 1867 in the Ukraine where Jews were cruelly oppressed by the Czarist regime. He left in the 1880s and arrived in Georgia, USA with $3 to his name. He arrived at a time when the colonisation and genocide of the indigenous people was nearly complete and when the people recently 'liberated' from slavery (the Civil War ended less than 30 years earlier) were living in feudal conditions hardly improved from when they were enslaved and with no compensation offered to them. Although persecuted in the Ukraine as a Jew, in the United States, Phineas was accepted into the colonising class because of his race. Eventually he made a reasonable living for himself and his family in Spokane, Washington with no more awareness of the true nature of the society he had moved to. The indoctrination into the colonial mentality is so engrained and pervasive that I'm sure Phineas was no more aware of it than people of my generation. By exposing the Zionist colonisation of Palestine, Daniel is raising the awareness of all of us to the colonisation by other countries.
I always wondered about the young men and women in the IDF at the checkpoints I had to travel through as a Palestinian.
especially when I was 17-28. I wondered why someone that young would be okay with the "job" they were assigned. Why are some friendly and others very hostile?
28:40 Israeli Society & the Occupation, this is a new insight for me. I always assumed they knew what their government was doing and the political landscape. This explains why many don't comprehend the brutality of a military occupation and a siege.
Your insight is very important to me and to the world.
Zionism is a very harmful ideology to the Jewish soul, and deadly to all those who are non-Jewish " Palestinians " as one example.
I also personally see Zionism as deadly to Jewish youth. And I believe Jewish children must be saved from this ideology, just as I see Palestinian youth and lives must be saved from those who are willing to see it sacrificed for national aspirations.
When you talk about having two versions of yourself to hide the questioning and the cracks in your belief to avoid the consequences, I thought about myself and other Palestinians' inability to voice any opinion that goes against the political or religious institutions they grew up in.

I agree 100% with this statement.

And thank you so much for sharing!
I guess they use it because it changes youths into cannon fodders have less fear to kill or be killed. Am I wrong? Pure strategy
Thank you so much for sharing your story with me!

44:25 Liberal Zionism
I agree 100%.
This is an important layer of the Zionism project.
It is a copy-paste of multiple colonialism projects from the past.
In order to "repair" oneself from indoctrination, one needs Safety:
- physical/geographical.
- Spiritual safety: space and tools for Calming and Grounding the Nervous System.
- Learn Protection techniques "The martial arts against the knife".
- Social safety: the community, the network, the connections, ....

"There is a system that feeds off both sides." This is universal.
Thank you, Daniel, for opening up to the world.
